This U shape sanitary three way diaphragm valve can be operated by
either a manual wheel or pneumatic actuator. It is especially
applicated in the hygienic and aseptic process of pharmaceutical
industries.
The U shape hygienic three way diaphragm valve is very suitable for
opening / closing and flow control in the pipeline system.
The diaghragm offers valve body sealing and valve seat sealing. The
valve cavity is completely insulated from outside, so it can reach
highly asptic grade.
These U-shaped valves are designed to promote drainage and
eliminate dead legs and process steam stagnation. They provide a
port that allows steam or materials to be purged rather than being
trapped. Point of Use valves are often installed over sinks to draw
clean water through the system at that point. Their U-shape often
gives easy access to the process, because they often hang lower
than the other pipes; however, they do not have to be installed at
the lowest point of the process.
